2 [...]]]> I wanted to make something special for my little love bug today.  Inspired by Valentine’s Day, I came up with these little Love Bug sandwiches!  They are very easy and very yummy!  And the best part is, your little one can help you make them!

The Recipe

2 slices of bread
Butter
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp Nutella chocolate hazlenut spread
Confectioner’s Sugar for dusting

Spread the peanut butter on side of one slice of bread.  Spread the Nutella on one side of the other slice of bread.  Put together the peanut butter and Nutella sides of the bread to make a sandwich.  Spread the outside of the sandwhich with butter.  Grill until both sides are toasted.  Remove sandwich from grill.  Using a cookie cutter, cut sandwiches into heart shapes.  Dust with confectioner’s sugar.
