Buffalo Chicken Dip
With the Super Bowl this weekend, I thought it would only be appropriate to share another “party food” recipe. Earlier this week, I shared one of my husband’s favorite sandwiches, Party Lunch Meat, as well as some of my other sandwich recipes that would be perfect for a Super Bowl (or any other) party.
Now, I’m on to dips! One of my favoritest (I’ve deemed it appropriate to use made up word on my blog) dips is Buffalo Chicken Dip a.k.a. Hot Wing Dip! Hot wings are the ultimate football party food and this dip gives you the sames flavors with less finger licking and fewer napkins.
A word of caution though….this dip gets devoured FAST! Be prepared. I usually make a double batch just to be safe! You don’t want hungry football fans clamoring for more dip during the party.
Another great Super Bowl Party Food is White Pizza Dip — it’s absolutely incredible. You don’t even need to dip anything in it — you could always just eat it right out of the dish. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that! So who are you rooting for in the Super Bowl? I’m a Niners fan from way back.

www.itisakeeper.com
1 pound chicken, cooked and shredded
1 1/2 cups Franks Red Hot sauce (you can use less for milder dip)
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup Mexican cheese blend (blue cheese or gorgonzola can be substituted)
1 cup Blue Cheese dressing (Ranch dressing can be substituted)
1 tortilla chips and/or veggies for dipping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine shredded chicken with Franks Red Hot sauce, to taste. Spread cream cheese into the bottom of an un-greased baking pan or casserole dish. Top with buffalo chicken. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the chicken. Drizzle ranch dressing over cheese. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until dip is bubbling.
