Slow Cooker Creamy Italian Chicken
With the weather getting cooler, it’s time to start using my slow cooker (more regularly) again! I absolutely love using my slow cooker — it’s such a life-saver on busy weeknights. I found this recipe in my pile o’ recipes and had to give it a try. I mean, just look at how simple it is!
Is It a Keeper?
This was so good! And, it couldn’t have been easier.
The chicken was so flavorful and moist. I cooked mine on the lowest setting for about four hours. It made such a wonderful, creamy sauce too. Perfect over brown rice that I had made in my rice cooker — another one of my favorite “set-it-and-forget-it” appliances. I use this thing all the time.
1 slow cooker + 4 simple ingredients = The perfect weeknight dinner!
In case you were wondering, this is the slow cooker and the rice cooker that I have. I absolutely LOVE them!
