Our home renovation ends with some cute little window flower boxes
Guest post written by Lisa Freyer
We planned our current home renovation for years and years, so it’s so nice to see all of it finally coming together. I started to think that I was just going to be planning this for the rest of my life instead of actually seeing it happen! Well now it’s almost done and I’m just planning the different decoration changes that I’m going to add at the end to go along with our brand new renovations. One thing that I knew I had to add to my home are window flower boxes.
I’ve taken up gardening recently and I thought those window boxes would give me even more of a chance to show off my gardening skills. As I was looking for some inspiration for my window boxes, I found information on Sears San Diego. Once I read through it some, I realized that it would be a good opportunity to also replace our doors. After we redid the rest of the house we realized just how shabby our doors looked in comparison.
There’s actually some leftover wood and shelving that they tore out of our bathroom that I’m going to use to help make these window boxes. That way I’m starting with my current resources!
