The inside was not squishy at all-my hubby has texture issues, and ate it fine :) The only thing I’d do differently is skip the butter in the bottom of the pan. It just made the bottom kind of weird…squishy-like…but was super easy to scrape off and enjoy! Thanks for the recipe! :)
