cooking on wnep home and backyardThis week, I had an amazing opportunity to do a cooking segment on a local television show — WNEP’s Home and Backyard! The show’s host, Jackie Lewandowski, and the show’s crew showed up to start taping at 11 am  and they filmed me making three of my favorite summer recipes (which I’m sharing with you below).

Here are the recipes that I made on the show:

Molasses Grilled Pork Tenderloin

I was extremely nervous since I’d never done anything like that before, but the crew put me at ease.   We were so lucky to have a gorgeous day with lots of sunshine (and a sunburn)!

The show aired on Saturday, May 28 at 7:30 PM on WNEP.  Even though I was nervous, I still had a blast.  I have to say though, cooking like that is really hard work.  There is so much planning involved.  Those Food Network chefs must work like dogs!   But in the end, it was so worth it…everyone enjoyed the dishes!

Enjoying the food after a long afternoon in the sun!

      Hi Christina,
Great job preparing the recipes on WNEP. I love to cook also and can not wait to try the garlic potatoes and the pork recipe.
I also saw that you were using several Pampered Chef products. I have adapted my stoneware for many different recipes that I make.
If you are in need of any products, I am a Pampered Chef consultant and would be happy to show you some other products that make your job easier.

      Happy Cooking,
