		<description><![CDATA[We love braciola! I use a flank steak instead of round steak  and brown it in a bit of bacon fat - heavenly! I also include thin slices of ham, mortadella and provolone cheese with the bread crumbs.  Congrats on being featured in your paper!]]></description>
