While making Shrimp with Orzo and Peas tonight, I realized how much I liked using my micro-plane. Not only did it zest a lemon but I used it to finely grate the garlic too! In the past, I’ve used it grate fresh nutmeg and cinnamon as well. This is a very handy tool to have!
