I saw it on a salsa jar and I LOVED the way it turned out. Very seldom does that happen. I usually have to tweek it somehow. It is so easy and so good.
Put 4 chicken breasts in 8×8 pan.
Mix 16 oz salsa, 3 TB. brown sugar, 1 Tb. Dijon mustard.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.

I serve mine with brown rice, a green veggie, and some fruit.
Delicious and so easy.

I’m glad you like my blog and find it useful! I am notorious for clipping recipes that look/sound good to me and it’s so frustrating when they just don’t live up to my expectations. My goal was to share my experiences with others so they don’t need to waste their time on something that’s a dud.

I did check out your blog and website too! Both are great! We are actually in the process of designing a new kitchen. I checked out the designs you had in your online showroom for inspiration! Gorgeous! How close are you to northeastern PA?
